While there's already objfwrt.library, it would be nice to also have ObjFW itself as a library.

Adding it to the 1.0 milestone, but I haven't fully decided yet if this is a requirement for 1.0 or not (I want to get 1.0 out ASAP, after all).

Amiga .library support has been dropped from 1.0 in order to not block the release. As the Amiga .library needs to have a stable ABI, it would block 1.0 until it is fully done and needs no more ABI changes.
