— Small Android fixes
* It seems <limits.h> is required for SIZE_MAX.
* Use "exec ./tests" inside adb shell. It seems that either new versions

— tests/Makefile: Remove sign-for-ios
As this is only intended for jailbroken devices anyway, there's no need
to sign it anymore, as all recent jailbreaks dont't require any
