Overview

Comment:	OFTCPSocket: Add -[setTCPNoDelayEnabled:] This also adds -[isTCPNoDelayEnabled] and -[isKeepAliveEnabled], together with OFGetOptionFailedException to indiciate failure to retrieve the current value of the option.
